Athena questions
What makes a bi-levelling scissor different from a rough terrain scissor?
A rough terrain scissor handles bumpy ground but still needs to be essentially level before it elevates. A bi-levelling scissor like the Athena levels its own chassis on a slope, so the platform stays flat and it can legally and safely elevate on gradients that stop every other scissor.
When is the Athena the right call over a boom lift?
When you need a full-size scissor platform (space for people, tools and materials) on sloped or rough ground. A boom gives you reach but a small basket. If it’s a slope plus big platform, the Athena is usually the only machine that does both.
