Knuckle (articulating) booms bend in the middle, so they reach up and over obstacles — ideal for working behind parapets, over awnings or around trees. Straight (telescopic) booms reach higher and further in a single line and are faster to position — best for open sites like structural steel or facade work.
Yes — boom-type EWPs with 11m+ reach require a WP class high-risk work licence from WorkSafe. That covers all our diesel booms. The 26ft mast boom sits under 11m, where an EWPA Yellow Card is the accepted standard. Full licence guide here.

Yes — the 35ft trailer cherry picker ($250/day) tows behind a standard ute or 4WD with a braked towbar. Everything else is delivered to site, function-checked before it leaves our yard.
